Gavin is designed and handmade with love in Tasmania, Australia, using primarily 100% merino wool felt and other natural, sustainably sourced materials. This makes him incredibly tactile, with a variety of textures to explore.

Unlike most plush toys on the market, rather than being stuffed with purpose-made polyester fibre, Gavin is full of recycled PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) made from recycled plastic bottles, making his insides non-allergenic and antibacterial.
Each large Gavin contains the equivalent of 60 plastic bottles that would otherwise be in landfill, and can be recycled again at the end of Gavin's long and happy life.
